How you doing? I am using the Prosolution/ Penis Health method for increased length and girth. My question is w/ the exercises: are they done each time you take the pill? The site recommends 3 training routines each at a different time rate. I'm just trying to figure out if I'm performing the exercises for 2 or 3 days and taking a day off in between, do I perform the exercises once a day or for 2 or 3 times that day?
A response would be greatly appreciated...

Congratulations on starting the pill/exercise program! If I were you I would definitely try to do what Penis-Health.com suggests. Obviously, the more you're able to fit these exercises into your life, the more quickly you'll be able to see results.
For my own personal routine, I only did the penis exercises once a day--usually in the morning--and I saw some gains.
Definitely continue taking the ProSolution pills in conjunction with the exercises. You're well on your way!
