I got an email from a reader who was potentially going to purchase some penis enlargement pills that contained Yohimbe as one of the ingredients.
Yohimbe does indeed increase blood flow to the penis, and pills containing this ingredient are often sold to treat erectile dysfunction.
It was popular for a while but recently its many potential side effects have been made more public:

- Difficult breathing
- Potentially dangerous drops in blood pressure
- Temporary muscle paralysis in the legs and feet
