A slight gain to report this week! Length moved up a tenth of a centimetre. Such an insignificant increase compounded by similar increases will certainly add up. I’m looking forward to the possibility of this trend continuing.

It dilates blood vessels in the penis to increase blood flow, improves erection, boosts libido, treats erectile dysfunction, restores sexual fire, power and sensation, frees up testosterone, which increases your sex drive and endurance naturally, and boosts sperm count.

Ginseng: This popular ingredient has been associated with improved sexual function for centuries and is known to be a powerful aphrodisiac, increasing sex drive and sexual desire. The herb stimulates the adrenal glands into producing higher levels of testosterone and other sex hormones. In fact, many of the steroidal compounds found in Ginseng are similar in structure to human sex hormones. Ginseng is therefore, primarily a powerful stimulant that improves energy levels, boosts blood flow to the penis, and increases both testosterone levels and sex drive. This week I will continue my analysis of the SizePro penis enlargement capsules.

First an update on my progress:
No noticeable gains to report this week. Flaccid hang is improving, which is more than likely due to the PE pills and how they promote increased blood flow. I am not showing any side effects from the pills, which is a plus.

SizePro Pill Ingredients
Every SizePro pill contains a wide variety of ingredients that when combined are supposed to help improve the size of one’s penis. Here are a list of the ingredients: Saw Palmetto - Fructose Serenoae, Hawthorne Berry - Fructose Crataegi, Soy Protein Concentrate, Cuscuta Seed, Epimedium Sagittum Extract, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf, Ginseng Panax Root, Tribulus Terrestris Herb Aerial Part, Inosine, Oat Straw and Cayenne Fruit. Other ingredients other than herbs are: Gelatin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate and Silicon Dioxide. Ok, that was a lot of multi-syllable words that at least sounds important!

Now to start the analysis of these components individually:

Saw Palmetto - Fructose Serenoae: The main function is the promotion of prostate health. The North American Indians apparently used the berries as treatment for impotence.

Hawthorne Berry: An increase in circulation is what this ingredient is noted for. More circulation means more blood flow, which is certainly what we want achieved.

Next entry I will continue the dissection of these penis enlargement pills. A breakdown of the ingredients should help explain how they work. As you will find out over the next few entries, most of the ingredients are very much health oriented products.

SizePro/PenisDevelopment: Week 4

This week I will begin my analysis of the SizePro penis enlargement capsules.

First an update on my progress:
As noted in last week’s entry, I am following a particular routine as outlined on the PenisDevelopment.com website. Since taking the SizePro pills, I have noticed a small yet noticeable increase in flaccid hang as well as the ability to achieve full erection much more easily. I am also pleased to announce that I have made a slight increase in erect length. I feel that the gains are now set in motion and I am confident that more will come.

The Pills
First off, the arrival of the goodies. The SizePro team sends the pills using discreet packaging as promised on the website. Basically they sent the bottles in a plain box. Since they had to send the pills to Canada, they also had to deal with customs and labelled the product as vitamin supplements. Of course, if you look at the ingredients, the shipment label is indeed appropriate. The SizePro guys also makes sure to have an equally discreet shipment company name: Health Solutions.

The capsules themselves are transparent; thus, you can see all the various ingredients blended together to make up the intriguing PE pill. I admit, I was initially a bit nervous to take them as I was unsure what would result despite everything I have read about the pills in the past.

Next entry I will continue the discussion of these magic pills to help educate those on how these capsules can potentially help in the PE process. I will focus my attention on the analysis of the various ingredients that these pills possess.

SizePro/PenisDevelopment: Week 3

This week I will conclude my analysis of the Penis Development website.

First an update on my progress:
I have begun following a particular routine as outlined on the PD website. It recommends doing this routine for at least 5 weeks. So, I will follow the program for the next several weeks with a few minor variations. My erections are feeling stronger but the ruler is still a little stubborn.

One of the key aspects of PD that I like is the mentality of giving you all the necessary information and letting you customize your own workouts that suits your goals and time constraints best.

Penis Development does a good job of presenting PE history lessons, as well as very detailed anatomy information. Both are useful in expanding your perspectives of the realm of penis enlargement. The videos are excellent in demonstrating how exactly to perform various exercises. The quality is lacking; however, it serves the purpose. The format and instructions are written in a very simplistic and easy to understand format, which is good, as no sane man wants to be manipulating his wang blindly.

There is also a section that deals with testicular health. The two friends of Rod must not be neglected! Another very important but often-overlooked area of PE is the mental aspect. Other areas that may be of interest are sections regarding combating premature ejaculation, penile curvature solutions, and how to make the penis head bigger. The FAQ section is also quite useful in the explanation of various details not covered within the manual.

After further analysis, I am still sticking with my original rating of 8/10 for the Penis Development website. It serves the intended purpose of providing a solid resource and is a good investment for any man who is serious about enlarging his penis.

On a closing note, I have begun taking the SizePro penis pills. I will discuss the ingredients and various aspects of these taboo capsules over the course of the next few entries.

SizePro/PenisDevelopment: Week 2

Ok, this week I will go into more detail regarding the Penis Development (PD) Website and what it has to offer.

First an update on my progress:
I have upped my jelqs to 400 and have decided to begin following the PenisDevelopment.com program as I continue onwards. Everything feels good thus far with the exercises. No gains to report yet; however, it is still quite early.

My criteria I have decided to analyze the PD Website on are: Reputation, Support, Content, Price, and if an interactive forum is available.

Reputation: From my experience I would say PD's reputation is of a top 10 PE site. It probably is not considered in the top 5, but definitely top 10.

Support: PD has an FAQ, Message Board and you can contact them via email to their 24-hour staff.

Price: The price is $49.95 USD, which is pretty much the going rate among PE sites. It is a lifetime membership which makes it reasonably inexpensive the longer you use its resources. You also have the option of ordering 3 bottles of SizePro pills and getting the membership for FREE! Obviously this would be the way to go if you were interested in ordering the pills.

Forum: A message board is available which is very useful to interact with other PD members. Big Al, whom is a fairly well known figure within the PE industry, is the moderator.

I would also like to note that PD does not, unlike other PE sites, exaggerate the average penis size. They say it is within the 5.7 to 6 inch range, which is far more accurate than the other sites that claim 6.5 inches to be average. Those that say 6.5 inches is average are employing a marketing strategy that compels the user to feel needlessly ashamed.

SizePro/PenisDevelopment: Intro/Week 1

Just a quick introduction, my name is Sean M., and I am from Ontario, Canada. The RG has invited me to test SizePro pills and to check out PenisDevelopment.com. My goal is to contribute to The RG's exploratory blog in a quest to help find the truth regarding penis enlargement (PE) pills.

I have been involved with PE exercises over the past several months with decent success.
I have never taken pills before, so I am very curious as to what will happen. I have taken four weeks off prior to this endeavour. I started back with the manual exercises relatively lightly with 5-10 minutes of stretching and 150 to 250 jelqs.

I will be dedicating myself to a regime of PE pills and exercises for the next 3 months. Over the course of that time I will evaluate the Penis Development website, try the SizePro pills, discuss the various ingredients in pills and why they are useful, and give an insight into how this program affects me as a person. I will give a weekly synopsis, which should help clarify the usefulness or uselessness of PE pills.

An overview of PenisDevelopment.com
Penis Development (PD) is nicely laid out and very easy to navigate. I like the various visual aids within the site, such as the video demonstrations and diagrams. Cheesy advertisements I find detract from the overall quality of PD. A useful feature is a message board to converse with other PD members as you progress onwards with your PE program. The site is an excellent source for those who are new to the PE realm and are in need of guidance. PD also has informative articles on various PE issues and sexual health. For the more experienced jelqers, I believe the site lacks focus. I also noticed the site's last copyright is from 2002; maybe they are lacking updates? Too busy jelqing perhaps. I would rate penisdevelopment.com an 8/10. It is simple and clear, a goldmine of info for the PE newbie, but certainly could use some improvement with regards to advertisements, general updates, and more emphasis for the veteran jelq-4-lifers. I will expand more on PD and it's capabilities in the weeks to come.
