Back in Black!
For those of you that haven't had the pleasure of being exposed to '70s era classic rock, “Back in Black” was a song once popularized by the uhh... popular band AC/DC. But even if you're not familiar with the song, the message is clear.
I'm wearing the device again, and enjoying it. I feel excited again, and totally content. I have had to adjust a little bit. As I said earlier, each week the device is made larger by adding disks, usually .5 m in thickness. Over time, the device gets quite long. This in turn increases the tension. My working theory is that the device doesn't even really begin to work until the device is at least as long as your erect penis. This should take 2 months to achieve. However, things have gone a little slower for me, and when I took a break the device was only about 1 cm longer than my erect penis.
Since resuming the program, I've decided to reduce the size of the device slightly. For whatever reason, I think it's possible that I just wasn't quite ready for the tension I was using before the break. So now the device is once again just about as large as my erect penis. The manual recommends that, in the event of respite, the length of the device should be reduced correspondingly. I didn't take a long break, but I'd rather take things easy for a little while anyway.
I'm really happy that moving back into PE. I've found it very easy to begin my old routines, and I'm once again feeling like things are going to start happening soon. Unfortunately I think what really happened was that I was just going through a rough patch in my life. It's hard to focus on the future when the present seems to suck. I think that's an important lesson to learn. Maybe I'm growing up. At the moment, everything is great anyway. My school year is finally almost over, my workload had greatly decreased, and I'm back on PE. Once I get through this initial readjustment period, I think I'm going to commit pretty heavily to PE. I mean, obviously I'm already committed, but I'm going to expand things. I plan on writing out some short and long-term goals, and specific weekly programs incorporating exercises/stretching. I think I'm also just going to try and experiment more. Before, I would just randomly wear the device, and not really pay attention to the results. But now I think I'll wear the device at different intervals, or different times of the day, and write down the results. I'm going to treat it more like a science project. I guess its the difference between active, and passive participation. I would recommend that everyone really pay attention to exactly what they are doing. It's really easy to mindlessly jelq, but with purpose and attention, real results can probably be attained.
Why do I sound like a motivational speaker all of the sudden? Maybe I've found a new career.
