SizeGenetics: Week 14

I have now set up my definitive plan for the summer, and possibly the rest of my PE career.  On that sweet, sweet day when school is finally over, I will begin my new phase in earnest.  Due to all of the exercises and stretching I have been doing recently, I've been experiencing some hard core soreness.  I don't know if it's possibly having adverse effects on my gains, but I know that it's friggin uncomfortable.  I've mentioned this before, that my skin gets irritated from too much use.  So beginning in a week or so, I will jelq, and do various exercises on one day, and then the following day I will wear the Andro-Penis.  I will then rest on the seventh, as the Lord hath decreedeth it so.  And it also makes the routine even.

What I've essentially decided is that wearing the Andro-Penis is no different that simply grabbing your penis with your hand, and stretching it all day.  If anything, it's less effective than that because you can't vary the angle, pressure, or even let up the grip.  So I really think that most of my girth gains have come from jelqing, and that my length gains are purely a result of the device.  So to me, it really makes sense to separate these two things completely, as they work on different aspects of my penis.  It's like cross-training for athletes.  To many of you, this may seem like a really obvious conclusion.  But my original perception was that the device somehow increased both girth and length.  Why did I think that, pray tell?  Because that's what it says on the website.  I'm not saying they're lying, or anything like that.  But on the SizeGenetics website, it says that if the Andro is used for around 3 months, it's not unreasonable to expect gains of 1”-2”.  I'm not anywhere near those gains.  However, on many, many message boards, most people say it should take about a solid year or so to achieve gains like that.  So again, I'm not saying they're lying.  But all of their data is much more positive than anything I've ever read elsewhere.

Hopefully this new program will work.  I may have some problems with days where I am with my girlfriend constantly.  I cannot wear the device around her.  It's just not possible.  So for those instances, my routine may be disrupted.  I plan to do this routine until one of two things happens; I reach 7”, or I think of something better.  Upon reaching  7”, I will gradually taper of with using the Andro-Penis, while actually stepping up my jelq routine.  After a month or so of this, I will probably begin clamping.  I've also basically decided that, unless I'm prepared to take extreme measures (such as hanging, or crazy yoga stretches), I'll probably never see  really substantial length gains.  So since I already have a comparatively decent girth, I might as well maximize that.  This all leads to my new longterm goal, of about  7.25” X 7”.  That may seem like a lot of girth to gain, but I hear that clamping, and doing Ulis can be really effective.  And for some reason I just feel that length has been harder for me.  I mean yes, up till this point my girth and length gains have been pretty equal.  But I've been putting in at least 5 hours a day working on length, and probably only about 15-20 minutes on girth.

SizeGenetics: Week 13

I’ve gone PE crazy. For some reason, it had never really occurred to me how much information about PE is readily available on the Internet. I kind of came into the decision to begin my program a little haphazardly, so until this point I had really done very little research. And since the SizeGenetics program comes with a free membership to Penis-Health.com, I never even thought there was a need to learn more. Looking back, I can see that this attitude was clearly a little stupid. But everybody makes mistakes.            

So anyway this past week I found Thunder’s Place. It’s completely changed the way I think about PE. There is such a wealth on knowledge that I really had no idea existed. There are so many different kinds of exercises and stretches. There are even people that practice...uh...“hanging,” which seems more like torture than anything else. I do wear the Andro, but I would never consider strapping weights to my member. And some of the guys on these message boards are totally nuts! I mean, granted, we’re all a little nut for doing this, but a few of these people are clearly unbalanced. It kinds of makes you wonder about yourself. I mean, I wear a device that designed to stretch my penis for about 7-8 hours a day. Does that make me a little crazy? But it is inspiring to read about guys that have gained 2-3 inches, despite the damages it’s done to their friends and loved ones.

My exercise routine has now been considerably updated. In addition to the regular old stretches and jelqs, and I do a few “ulis.” I also do some more complicated stretches, to try and attack the problem from multiple angles. If you don’t know what an “uli” is, I highly recommend logging onto Thunder’s Place, and checking it out. I enjoy them thoroughly, and they I think their quite effective.

And lo and behold, I finally have some gains again! It was a little weird how it happened. This week I’ve been doing all of this heavy exercising, and wearing the device as much a possible. So on Friday I took a little breather, and then went home. And of course, I saw my girlfriend that night. Not to belabor this point too much, but when I see my girlfriend, we have lots of sex. Again, not bragging, this is just an important point to make. As the weekend progressed, I actually felt like my unit was getting stronger. I mean, it was exhausted on Friday, a little lethargic Saturday morning, but then by Sunday it was a fucking tank! And when I got to school on Monday, and measured up, I had some gains.

I read on some message board that PE is not like lifting weights. The penis is a not a muscle, so it doesn’t necessarily need the lengthy periods of rest that bodybuilding requires. In fact, according to some theorists (you know, like PE gurus), most gains are achieved when the penis is exhausted, and overworked. So…maybe that’s what happened. Whatever, I don’t really care, it’s awesome.

SizeGenetics: Week 12

Back in Black!

For those of you that haven't had the pleasure of being exposed to '70s era classic rock, “Back in Black” was a song once popularized by the uhh... popular band AC/DC. But even if you're not familiar with the song, the message is clear.

I'm back!

I'm wearing the device again, and enjoying it. I feel excited again, and totally content. I have had to adjust a little bit. As I said earlier, each week the device is made larger by adding disks, usually .5 m in thickness. Over time, the device gets quite long. This in turn increases the tension. My working theory is that the device doesn't even really begin to work until the device is at least as long as your erect penis. This should take 2 months to achieve. However, things have gone a little slower for me, and when I took a break the device was only about 1 cm longer than my erect penis.

Since resuming the program, I've decided to reduce the size of the device slightly. For whatever reason, I think it's possible that I just wasn't quite ready for the tension I was using before the break. So now the device is once again just about as large as my erect penis. The manual recommends that, in the event of respite, the length of the device should be reduced correspondingly. I didn't take a long break, but I'd rather take things easy for a little while anyway.

I'm really happy that moving back into PE. I've found it very easy to begin my old routines, and I'm once again feeling like things are going to start happening soon. Unfortunately I think what really happened was that I was just going through a rough patch in my life. It's hard to focus on the future when the present seems to suck. I think that's an important lesson to learn. Maybe I'm growing up. At the moment, everything is great anyway. My school year is finally almost over, my workload had greatly decreased, and I'm back on PE. Once I get through this initial readjustment period, I think I'm going to commit pretty heavily to PE. I mean, obviously I'm already committed, but I'm going to expand things. I plan on writing out some short and long-term goals, and specific weekly programs incorporating exercises/stretching. I think I'm also just going to try and experiment more. Before, I would just randomly wear the device, and not really pay attention to the results. But now I think I'll wear the device at different intervals, or different times of the day, and write down the results. I'm going to treat it more like a science project. I guess its the difference between active, and passive participation. I would recommend that everyone really pay attention to exactly what they are doing. It's really easy to mindlessly jelq, but with purpose and attention, real results can probably be attained.

Why do I sound like a motivational speaker all of the sudden? Maybe I've found a new career.

Still a Virgin at 20

Dear RG:

Imagine the scene, my girlfriend's 18th birthday we are alone at the end of a prefect evening, we have never had sex together before, we get intimate. However before anything happens she sees me erect and says 'its a little...' she didn't finish the sentence. As a result nothing happened and a few weeks later we broke up. I has shattered my confidence completely. I am terrified of any girl ever seeing my penis again! at the moment i am just over 4 inches, am nearly 20 and still a virgin. My ex girlfriend is 18 and had many sexual partners before me so perhaps she wasn't the best girl to start off with! Can you recommend to me the most effective combination of pills/exercises?

I'm sorry that your ex-girlfriend was so mean! If your partner truly likes you, she shouldn't care about your penis size. I hope that you understand that.

In the mean time, to boost your self-confidence, there are definitely ways to get your penis bigger. But don't think it'll happen overnight, because it won't.

Start with a good program and stick to it. I did the ProSolution Pills and Penis-Heal.com exercise combination and it worked very well for me. Sean M. reviewed SizePro pills and Penis-Development.com and it worked OK for him. Anthony B. is currently testing the SizeGenetics program which involves pills, exercises and a traction device and it seems to be going well for him.

Whichever program you choose, it needs to involve exercises and you need to be 110% dedicated and diligent.

Once you start seeing gains, you'll definitely start to feel confident. Good luck!

SizeGenetics: Week 11

So I’m on break.

It’s a little scary. Not scary exactly, but unsettling. The fact is, I really know very little about human biology/physiology. And I know even less about the penis. And I know even less about the effects stretching can have on a penis. So part of me is still slightly freaked out that something could be wrong. But a much bigger part of me is worried that this little break is going to cost me what little gains I’ve already achieved.

The excess skin has pretty much disappeared. This is an enormous relief. I mean, the whole point of this program is to have a nice looking penis. I mean, yeah, we all want it to be bigger too. But we really want it to look muscular, appealing, and strong. Not like the trunk of an elephant. So I’m really happy that my skin is back to normal. The white puffy areas are also completely gone. In the manual, it says these can be caused by wearing the device too tightly, or for too long. I guess I’ll have to be more careful when I wear the Andro-Penis from now on to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

So yes, I’ve decided to start wearing the device again. But I don’t regret that I took a break. This is supposed to be a long, gradual process. When I went onto the Penis-Health.com message boards, I talked to people who were PE gurus. Guys who have been doing exercises, taking pills, and even using the Andro-Penis for years. And some of them have still only achieved modest gains. Everyone has a couple of bumps in the road, those are okay. As long as you don’t give up, you’ll get what you want eventually. I guess PE is really just like any other athletic endeavor. All it takes is time, commitment, and persistence.

Taking a break has helped me to gain some perspective on this whole situation. In the back of my mind, whenever I was wearing the device, I was always thinking "just a couple more months, just a little longer." But I think that’s a bad approach. PE should be a positive thing, at all times. Now, when I wear the device again, it will be because I want to. Even if that means I only wear it a couple of hours a day, I’m okay with that. After all, I’m only 19. I could do PE for the rest of my life if I wanted to. As long as I enjoy it, there’s no reason why I shouldn’t be able to.

Now, of course I’m not saying that this should be a life-long process. But I am saying that in order for any body-altering, life-changing program to be successful, your commitment has to be unfaltering. If you really, really want a bigger penis, you should be willing to take 5 years to achieve it. Or 30. That’s going to be my philosophy from now on.

SizeGenetics: Week 10

Hmm... soo... anyway... ummm... I’m getting a little annoyed with the current state of affairs. I’ve decided that I don’t particularly like that my skin is a little stretched. In fact, I really don’t like it. I feel like an old man. Not that I’ve seen a lot of old man dick, I just imagine that, like the majority of skin on the human body, penile skin starts to sag with age and use. I also have noticed some white, puffy areas. This is not usual, and is actually described in the manual. This occurs when fluids get trapped in areas of skin, due in part to wearing the device too tightly. So at the moment, I’m taking a break. I also think some of the extra skin had probably been caused by dry jelquing. On Penis-Health.com it says that dry jelqing is a technique that can be used to regrow foreskin. I usually jelq in the shower, and although I do it infrequently, it is possible that this has also contributed to the problem. I guess I should only have done it with lotion.

I’m definitely taking a break. I’m not wearing the device, I’m not doing any exercises, and I’m masturbating less frequently (what, I’m away from my girlfriend! I’m not a machine). I’m using a moisturizer every day after I shower, and I’m making sure to wash my privates a little more than usual.

I don’t know how long this will last. I’m really just kind of sick of the device. I’m annoyed with the little pains that come after an hour or so and I don’t like that it’s impossible to be active while wearing the device. Sure, I like that I’ve achieved some gains. Definitely. And I want to keep growing. Part of me is freaking out over every hour I lose when I’m not wearing the device.

Really, I think that this is just might be the ideal program for me. As an active student, I’ve found it difficult to consistently find time to wear the device. Apparently I have sensitive skin, so the device has bothered me more than the average Joe. And, of course, there’s this stretching thing.

This program is really not designed for beginners. I think it’s mostly meant for people who have already tried more proven methods (pills, exercises, etc.), and are unsatisfied. I’m fairly certain that the Andro-Penis will work, without fail, as long as it is worn frequently, and properly.

Now, of course, as I mentioned last week, my life is in kind of slump. I haven’t seen my girlfriend in a few weeks due to traveling, I’ve been sick, etc. So at the moment, it’s just really hard to be motivated. My tentative plan is to take a week or two off, and then begin exercising again. This time, I think I’ll try and focus more on doing the exercises regularly and thoroughly, and see how that goes. Then, if things continue to improve, I’ll consider strapping the device back on. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with taking a break, as long as I eventually get back on the horse.
