Over the past few weeks, I've been "cementing" my enlarged penis size. The question had been coming up in my mind as well as in the minds of many readers: "Are the gains permanent?" So I did some research and found out that they can be if you wean off the exercises. I'm also weaning myself off the pills.
Basically, this is how I've been going about the cementing process... I had been doing exercises 5 days per week up till the first week in January. In the second week, I dropped down to 4. In the third, 3, and so on. What I will probably do is exercises once every two weeks from now on. The exercises have become so routine to me at this point that I don't mind doing them.
I've also read that some people lost only a tiny amount of gains immediately after stopping; but they didn't lose any more, even without doing any maintenance exercises.
I'll follow up with another report about any possible losses in the coming weeks. So far, I've lost none.
