Subject: Been using for one week
I've been using the pills for a week now and doing the
exercises too. Started with like a 10 minute workout
and it's somehow turned into a 15 minute workout,
haha. Do the long schlong, the long schlong heli and
the basic jelq (along with a warm down and warmup).
Today's the first day where I could really feel the
blood flowing.
Measurements are up 0.1" x 0.1" in just a week. From
reading it seems exercises and pills are the way to
go. I got a 5 month supply, and don't really expect
any great numbers for a while. ...

Hopeful news from someone who just started! Maybe I should change my workout routine to the 10 or 15 minute version!
