Do Penis Enlargement Pills Work?

Measuring

OK some of you have asked how I measure my penis. I didn't know how to do it at first, but buying the pills allowed me access to their Penis-Health.com site where I learned how to "properly" measure.

It's pretty straightforward, really...

To measure the length of my flaccid penis, I extend it in front of me and rest it on my left hand. Then with a ruler pressed just slightly into my pubic bone, I measure from there to the tip. For the girth, I use a tape measure to measure around the middle of the shaft.

To measure the length of my erect penis, I pretty much follow the same steps as above. The ruler is pressed slightly into my pubic bone. For the girth, I measure around the middle of the shaft using a tape measure.

Not too hard. Only hazard is the sometimes cold ruler! :)

ProSolution Pills/Penis-Health: Week 1

Wow it's been a couple of crazy days here in New York. Electricity has been a just little spotty.

After Week 1 on these Pro Solution pills here are my findings...

No noticeable side effects. I am experiencing more frequent semi-erections and erections. There has been no change in sensitivity or performance during sex (someone was asking).

Week 1 Measurements:
Flaccid Length: 95mm (3.74in)
Flaccid Girth: 121mm (4.76in)
Erect Length: 140mm (5.51in)
Erect Girth: 140mm (5.51in)

So my flaccid girth seems to have improved a little. But let me tell you that measuring a flaccid penis is much more of an art form than science. The flaccid penis just varies widely in size according to temperature, time of day, phase of the moon, alignment if the planets, etc. I have to remember the exact conditions of when I first measured and try to replicate that. It's not an easy task.

In Paul Robichaux's TrackBack, he mentions this article from azcentral.com about contaminants in some enlargement pills. I've contacted the manufacturer and asked them about their quality control standards and methods. We'll see what they say. If I had the money, I'd contract a lab myself to do some analysis.

I'll post Friday or Saturday the results of Week 1, but I don't (and you shouldn't) expect to see and noticeable results. The pills will take a while to do their job, according to the manufacturer.

Here are some more details about the pills.

The bottle is relatively plain, with the tagline "The Professional Solution for Today's Modern Man." Yeah, a little cheesy.

The pill itself is a capsule filled with this brownish green powder that smells both savory and mentholly at the same time. Definitely unlike anything I've smelled before!

You're supposed to take 1 tablet with meals three times daily. I usually take my vitamins right before going to sleep, so adhering to this new schedule will take some effort on my part.

ProSolution Pills/Penis-Health: The Exercises

Just a quick note about the excercises (since someone commented).

It's mainly a technique called "jelqing." You could probally find some info about it through Google if you can wade through all the sites promoting penis enlargement. But basically it involves techniques to force blood into the head of the penis using your fingers. The blood in turn enlarges your penis over time.

I've decided to forgo the exercises for two reasons: A) I don't have the time; B) I want this to be a controlled experiment to see if these pills really do work as advertised.

I decided to order some penis enlargement pills. I'm probably slightly less than average in size, around 5.5 inches, but I want to be a little longer. Maybe 6 or 6.5.

I got my pills from Pro Solution yesterday. Came in a plain white box as promised. I had ordered the 4-month supply and it came with a free bottle of Volume Pills which are supposed to increase the volume of my ejaculations. The website says it would take 2 months to really notice any increase. I guess this is a good marketing ploy.

Anyway, just for control purposes I measured myself and will be doing so weekly:

I took two pills yesterday (after lunch and after dinner). I noticed a "tingly" sensation in my penis when I got my first post-pill erection last night. It was quite strange, like I could feel the blood filling it up.
